C3 Connect Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Commercial Cleaning Concepts ("C3," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through the C3 Connect application ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

Depending on which part of the App you use, we collect:

Cleaner App users:

  • Name, contact information, and employment or contractor status

  • GPS location data, collected during active work sessions for the purpose of check-in and check-out verification

  • Photos submitted as proof of completed work

  • Task and schedule data related to assigned jobs

Customer Portal users:

  • Name, business contact information, and account details

  • Service schedules and communication history with C3

Super Admin Dashboard users:

  • Administrative account credentials and activity logs

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Verify service completion and job site attendance

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll

  • Provide clients with visibility into service delivery

  • Maintain quality assurance and business records

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

3. How We Store and Protect Information

C3 Connect data is hosted using Zoho and AWS infrastructure. Industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, are used to protect stored information.

4. Data Retention

C3 retains location data and proof-of-work photos for up to 2 years from the date of collection. Account information is retained for the duration of your relationship with C3, plus up to 3 years afterward, to satisfy tax and other record-keeping requirements. 5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Amazing Business Results (ABR), our technology partner that operates and maintains the App

  • Service providers who assist with payroll, scheduling, or business operations

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting info@cleaningbyc3.com. Cleaners may disable location services in their device settings, though doing so may affect the ability to check in or out of job sites through the App.

The App is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
