C3 Connect Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the C3 Connect application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Commercial Cleaning Concepts ("C3," "we," "us," or "our") may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

C3 Connect is a platform operated by Commercial Cleaning Concepts that supports three distinct user experiences:

  • Customer Portal: Allows commercial clients to view service schedules, communicate with C3, and access account information.

  • Cleaner App: Used by C3 employees and contractors to check in and out of job sites via GPS, submit proof-of-work photos, and manage assigned tasks.

  • Super Admin Dashboard: Used by C3 administrative staff to oversee operations, staffing, and client accounts across the platform.

Each user type is granted access only to the features and data relevant to their role.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are issued at C3's discretion based on your relationship to C3 (employee, contractor, or commercial customer). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify C3 immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law

  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or features not assigned to your user role

  • Submit false, misleading, or manipulated proof-of-work photos or location data

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality, servers, or networks

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App

5. Location Services

The Cleaner App uses GPS location data to verify check-in and check-out at job sites. Location data is collected only during active work sessions and is used solely for service verification, timekeeping, and operational recordkeeping. By using the Cleaner App, you consent to this collection. Additional detail on how location data is stored and retained is available in our Privacy Policy.

6. User-Submitted Content

Cleaners may be required to submit photos as proof of completed work ("Submitted Content"). By submitting content through the App, you grant C3 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and reproduce that content for business verification, quality assurance, client reporting, and recordkeeping purposes. You represent that any content you submit is accurate and was taken by you during the applicable work session.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, branding, and underlying technology, is the property of Commercial Cleaning Concepts and its technology partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the App or any of its components.

8. Termination

C3 may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, poses a risk to C3 or other users, or for any other reason at C3's discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. C3 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, C3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
